The cottage has a large family kitchen with everything is there for a great self catering holiday . There is a dishwasher and washing machine, oven and hob, toaster, microwave.
The lounge has sofas and television with UK satellite channels.
There is a upstairs bathroom with shower toilet and sink and another the ground floor.
Both with showers.
Outside there is a covered area with table and chairs for alfresco dining on the long hot summer days.
In the garden you will find plenty of space to play there is a above ground swimming pool, swings for the children also a full size snooker table for adults, Table tennis, Cycles for all
ages,
The lake has 3 double pegs and is well stocked with carp over 45lb black bass, sturgeon, zander and pike.
we do not accept dogs as we have chickens lots of wild life,
bookings are Saturday to Saturday during high season

Oak tree lodge is a 3 bedroom self catering holiday cottage that sleeps 6. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. 2 bathrooms both with showers. A lounge and large family kitchen.
All bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
Guests have exclusive use of our fishing lake.
